A LEFT TOP FIRING PIN is a part of the Perazzi shotgun that strikes the primer of the top barrel cartridge to ignite it. It is made of two pieces that can separate and cause misfires. To remove it, you need to push out the retaining pin and then pull out the firing pin. You can also buy a replacement kit that includes springs and tools.

NOTE: It is recommended that all PERAZZI PARTS be installed by a QUALIFIED and trained gunsmith.

Professional Perazzi Gunsmith

PERAZZI SHOTGUN DEALER. COLE FINE GUNS AND GUNSMITHING

Perazzi shotguns are known for their durability and reliability, but they still require some maintenance to keep them in optimal condition. Here are some tips: Clean your shotgun regularly, as standard procedure. Check your gun for any signs of wear or damage, such as loose screws, cracks, or rust. Replace or repair any parts that are broken or worn out, such as springs, pins, or hinges. If you need professional service, you can contact Cole Fine Guns and Gunsmithing in either Naples, Florida, Harpswell Maine, or San Antonio Texas. We are authorized Perazzi service centers with professional gunsmiths. You can also find manuals and instructions for Perazzi shotguns online or by calling Perazzi USA.
The receiver and fore-end iron are subject to very high loads and if not properly oiled, could cause seizing of parts or shotgun malfunctioning. Always make sure these parts are lubricated, following the instructions provided. Carefully clean the outer surfaces of the shotgun to remove all traces of dirt, sweat and fingerprints. Apply a thin layer of gun oil (good quality) to the shotgun, using a soft cloth, and APPLY GREASE TO APPROPRIATE CONTACT POINTS.

WARNING…
EXCESSIVE OIL OR GREASE CAN OBSTRUCT THE BORE, EVEN PARTIALLY; THIS MAKES FIRING VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN DAMAGE THE SHOTGUN AS WELL AS CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY TO THE SHOOTER AND BYSTANDERS.
